100 Word Wednesday – Yard Sale…

So many things we have collected over the years as part of our planned future are now just heaps of ragged boxes on plastic folding tables. It seems that our youthful dreams and real life have not always followed the same path. Over the years we have emptied many houses in our search for the perfect dream. For whatever reason, these memories have not survived the changes.
They say you can’t put a price on memories. But the hand writing in blue ink on the little yellow stickers tell a different story.
It seems our memories are just .25 cents.

  1. Aw. Sometimes the treasures that are precious to us don’t mean a thing to someone else. It’s nice when they can go to a home/person who really sees them and their value beyond $, and loves them like we do. 🙂 And we still have the memories alive in our hearts and minds! 🙂
    Great write, Jerry! 🙂
    HUGS!!! 🙂
