5.6 lbs in 10 days…

On January 1st, I decided to join a couple million other American on a weight loss journey. I resolved to lose 1 pound per week through a daily diet and exercise routine. So I did some research and created a routine that I thought best suited my body type. Which, by the way, is round. The daily exercise includes 6 rounds per day of calisthenics, walking and some light weightlifting. Turns out, getting up off the couch, walking to the kitchen and lifting a snack is not really considered exercise. Who knew?   Total weight gained, 5.6 lbs.
